  • What makes The Lachryme's flowers timeless?
    The Lachryme embraces timeless materials, utilizing 100% real roses and flowers that undergo a meticulous preservation and drying process. These exquisite blooms are sourced from renowned international growers, ensuring both exceptional quality and enduring beauty.
  • Do you provide Official Receipt?
    Yes, we are BIR and DTI registered. Please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram for OR (Official Receipt) requests.
  • What are your Delivery Options for Metro Manila Areas and Nearby?
    Self-Pickup & Self-Booking: Please have your Order Number and Name ready upon pickup. Booking on Behalf of a Customer: Kindly message us via our social media channels (FB/IG: @thelachrymequezoncity) for assistance.
  • Do you ship nationwide?
    For orders outside Metro Manila, we use LBC for delivery. Please note that your bill does not include the final shipping cost. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, we will send the shipping fee along with LBC's Official Receipt to the email or Facebook/Instagram handle you provided.
  • Where is your physical store located?
    While we do not have a physical store, we proudly operate through multiple online platforms. We take great pride in providing exceptional customer service, offering real-time assistance to all our clients via Facebook and Instagram.
  • How long will it take to prepare my order?
    For orders placed before 10 PM, your delivery can be scheduled as early as the next day, or you may choose your preferred delivery date by completing the form here. For same-day orders, please note the cutoff is 12:00 PM (noon). Please note: For customized bouquets and money blooms, kindly contact us via Facebook or Instagram to confirm the lead time, which may take 2-3 business days.
